Privacy Policy

How PageFork collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated

PageFork is operated by ZNiTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website at pagefork.ai, our web application at app.pagefork.ai, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Information we collect

  • Account and profile data — name, email address, password (hashed), and other details you add to your account.
  • Content you provide — prompts, text, files, brand assets, and any other material you upload or generate through the Service, including content produced by our AI features.
  • Usage and device data — log data, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, device identifiers, and interactions with the Service (e.g. pages viewed, feature usage).
  • Billing — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment and billing information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — messages you send to us (e.g. support@pagefork.ai) and your communication preferences.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-powered generation and hosting;
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect security;
  • Process transactions and send related notices;
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
  • Analyze usage in aggregate to improve the product and develop new features;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Send service-related and, where allowed, marketing messages (you can opt out of marketing).

AI and automated processing

PageFork uses machine learning and third-party model providers to generate and edit content based on your prompts. Inputs you provide and outputs the Service creates may be processed by subprocessors (see below). We do not use your content to train third-party public models where we have the ability to opt out; if our practices change, we will update this policy or notify you as required by law.

Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on:

  • Contract — processing necessary to provide the Service you requested;
  • Legitimate interests — security, analytics, and product improvement, balanced against your rights;
  • Legal obligation — where the law requires us to process data;
  • Consent — where we ask for it (e.g. certain cookies or marketing), which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing and subprocessors

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, send email, or provide analytics, subject to contracts that limit their use of data;
  • AI and machine-learning vendors that power generation features;
  • Professional advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants) when necessary;
  • Law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.

We do not sell your personal information as “sell” is defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to our legal retention needs.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or successor mechanisms) where required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@pagefork.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

U.S. residents: state laws may offer additional rights (e.g. California’s CCPA/CPRA). We honor applicable requests as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have such information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice as appropriate (e.g. email or in-app notice).
